By eradicating predatory buying from the fish value chain, fish farmers are able to cater for themselves and their families from the income they make accessing market through Lojaanor. They become financially independent and can expand their production.

With a ready market to offtake harvest, fish farmers are encouraged to expand their production to earn more income. Small scale fish farmers will now expand to feed the community. By 2050, fish farmers will produce enough to feed the continent and ensure food security.
